To kick off the summer, Veganizer PDX teamed up with Best Friend juice cart for a vegan parfait workshop! Parfaits are a wonderful way to start the day, and Best Friend selected ingredients that make your heart, body, and mind happy. Best Friend's Margaux Muller lead the workshop, sharing the health benefits of the parfait ingredients while attendees assembled their own healthy breakfast treat. If you missed the workshop, don't worry... you can whip up your own parfaits at home with these easy recipes that Margaux kindly shared with us!
