VEGANIZER BXLVeganizer BXL, the first European chapter, has got a lot of work to in Brussels. Compared to other big capitals in the world, Brussels is still lacking in vegan offer.
We do have a growing audience of dedicated vegans, contacts with leading chefs and entrepreneurs in sustainable food, currently working on the development of our own Brussels Beerburger, and planning a vegan street festival in the Spring of 2018. |

Louise, Head ChefLouise has been passionately cooking for over 6 years, gaining experience in Italy, Spain and France.
She followed an omni training as a cook and worked at Brussels restaurants Henri and Henri & Agnes (no, they're not related) and even managed her own catering company for a while. As a way of exploring her self-consciousness, Louise got more and more into plant-based cuisine, finding it a delicious and self-fulfilling style of cooking. She's not one to say no to an adventure, so when Leonoor asked her to be her partner in crime, she was all in. |

DECEMBER 2: DELICATESSEN OFFICIALLY VEGANIZED FT. CHEF MARTA CEBRIANOn Friday the 2nd of December, chef Marta Cebrian served a vegan, organic and botanical inspired menu. Marta has travelled over the world cooking and learning from local cultures: China, Peru, US. Afterwards, she gained experience in star-restaurants DiverXO in Madrid, L'auberge de l'ill in France, Central in Peru and Bon-Bon in Brussels. She is currently is developing her own restaurant consultancy business in Brussels.
