Veganizer bootcamp is a training program specifically meant to catapult restaurants to be zeitgeist relevant. Veganizer hosts multiple bootcamps per year in ever location.
WHO DOES IT:
There are three parties involved. The Veganizer Chapter Director, the restaurants, and any participated chefs. Each Chapter works with 4 restaurants simultaneously.
WHEN DOES THIS HAPPEN:
The bootcamp happens roughly twice a year per chapter. Each bootcamp includes 4 participated restaurants.
WHAT ARE THE DETAILS:
Each restaurant receives the following:
Intense Cross contamination training for back of house
One-on-one *guaranteed to impress* recipe development
Exposure and promotion for 45 days
1 sold out pop-up launch party per restaurant (guests pay a la carte to restaurant)
One-on-eSocial media and marketing coaching
6 incredible dishes that will be added to the menu
Placement on Veganizer website + other finding sites
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST:
We keep things very simple and very accessible for any restaurant - regardless of their budget. We also structure it in a way that you make back whatever you invested (and more).
$430 Joining fee + 10% of gross sales on the night of the pop-up dinner.
WHO SHOULD DO THIS:
This bootcamp is worth $8,000 of consulting fees. This is a great way for restaurants without a marketing budget to get ahead of the game, make money and gain major exposure both locally and in other cities.
